How to Obtain a Parking Permit:

1. Complete and submit the CVHS Student Parking Permit Application Form. In order to submit, images or PDFs of driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance must be uploaded.
2. Drop off check or money order made payable to Chartiers Valley School District in the amount of $25 to the CVHS main office.
3. Parking permits will be issued by the High School office once your application is verified and payment is received. Permits can be picked up between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM from August 18–22 when payment is dropped off.
